%X A new surface treatment of CF, liquid phase coating and gas phase oxidation of CF surface (GLDE), is studied. Double efFects can be obtained by the method, that is to say. the tensile strength of CF and interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) of CF reinforced composites are improved simultanuously by the method; It is of simple equipment, low cost, and outstanding effect.
