%X The superplasticity induced by dynamic recrystallization in commercial al-uminium alloy LY12Y was studied.LY12Y sheet can exhibit suppertasticity in a wide rangeof temperature and strain rate in receipt condition.The maximum elongation of 243% wasobtained.The results of microstructure observation have shown that the superpoasticityobtained was induced by the dynamic recrystallization which occured in the early stage ofdeformation.The whole deformation can be devided into three stages.The effects of secondphase particles and the mode of dynamic recrystallization nucleation were also studied.
