%X A constitutive relation including the effect of deformation damage has been in-troduced into the rigid-viscoplastic finite element method program,in order to simulatesuperplastic bulging process.The influences of strain rate sensitivity,cavity growth rate andsuperimposed hydrostatic pressure on limit thickness strain have been studied.Theoretically cal-culated results are in agreement with the experimental results for superplastic materials.
