张勇 %A 舒光冀 %A 何德坪 %J 材料研究学报 %D 1993 %I %X The technical parameters influencing the infiltrating height of the molten metalin the process of producing aluminium alloy foam by low-pressure infiltration method were in-vestigated.Experiments indicate that the height increases with the preheating temperature ofgranules,the external pressure and the pouring temperature of molten alloy,among which theaction of preheating temperature of granules is more effective,while the others are not very sen-sitive.The experiments also show that the size of granules plays an important role in decreasingthe height,the smaller the granules,the lower the height.There exists a critical preheating tem-perature for different size of granules. %K aluminium alloy foam %K low-pressure casting %K infiltration
