%X In the present paper, the orientation relationship and the atomic structure of phase boundary between martensite and cementite have been studied by means of TEM and HREM. An orientation relationship different from Bagaryaskii, Isaichev or Pitsch-Petch relationship has been observed. The interface between stick cementite and martensite contains steps and that between particle cementite and martensite is composed of misfit dislocations.
