%X The Fe-Mn alloys display paulli paramagnetism in the temperature rangeof T>T_N.The T_N point increases and the susceptibility decreases with increasing Mn con-tent,because the positive exchange interaction of Fe-Mn atoms is smaller than negative ex-change interaction of Mn-Mn atoms.Addition of paramagnetic metal Al results inCuris-Weiss behaviour of the alloy in the range of T>T_N.The increase of Al contentcauses the decrease of T_N,and ferromagnetic phase appears in the alloy when the Al con-tent is higher than 5.5wt-%.
