颗粒增强Ti基复合材料的特性 %A L %A
吕毓雄 %A 毕敬 %A 马宗义 %A 申红伟 %A 高荫轩 %J 材料研究学报 %D 1991 %I %X TiC particle (TiCp)reinforced Ti-6Al-4V alloy matrix composite has beeninvestigated because there is good bonding and compatibility between reinforcement and Tialloy matrix.Ti-6Al-4V alloy containing 15% TiCp had been processed via a P/M routefollowed by hot extrusion.This paper describes the research works on microstructureevalution,mechanical and physical properties,creep behaviour and fractography ofabove-mentioned composite.The TiCp/Ti-6Al-4V composite has advantages of highstrength,high modulus and better elevated-temperature resistance.The composite can beformed utilizing conventional metal forming technologies and more isotropic thancontinuously reinforced composites. %K TiC particle %K Ti matrix composite %K P/M route
