%X In this paper materials with high yield strength,toughness and work-hard-ening ability are regarded as the most ideal materials to resist high-stress especially severelyimpact-loaded abrasion.High-carbon low-alloy steels with the microstructure ofaustenite film and bainitic ferrite lath in arrangement of extreme fine lath-spacing were de-veloped.Test results show that the steels have excellent combination of high yield strength,toughness and strain-hardening ability as well as outstanding resistances to high-stressand heavy loaded impact-abrasion,and therefore are the ideal materials to resisthigh-stress,severely impact-loaded abraison.
