%X The synthesis,morphology and mechanical properties ofsimultaneous interpenetrating networks of PU(HTPB)/P(MMA-co-EGDMA)-IPN were studied.The results show that the relative polymerization ratesof two networks have remarkable effect on the morphology and mechanicalproperties of the IPN material.When the relative formation rates of bothnetworks are close to each other,the IPN have moderate sizes of domains,stronger boundary combination and optimum mechanical properties.The cross-link densities of the component networks have remarkable effect on theproperties of the IPN,only the crosslink density of the network which isfirst formed has obvious effect on morphology of the IPN.
