机械化学反应法制备纳米晶TaC和TaSi2 %A DONG Yuanda LIU Lin %A
董远达 %A 柳林 %J 材料研究学报 %D 1994 %I %X The structural evolution of nanocrystalline intermetallic compounds TaC and TaSi2formed by mechanochemical reaction was studied by XRD, TEM and SEM. Results show that TaC and TaSi2were directly synthesized from elements through interdiffusion process.
