%X Fe_(78)B_(13)Si_9 nanocrystalline alloy was prepared by means of crystallization inamorphous alloy and its microhardness was measured.When grain sizes lie in nanometers,theHall-Petch relationship is still valid.The microhardness of the nanocrystalline FeBSi alloy istwo times larger than that of the coarse-grained crystalline alloy with the same composition andthe dislocation action mechanism is the main factor for increasing strength.
