张道元 %A 王大志 %A 张菊萍 %A 江毅 %J 材料研究学报 %D 1993 %I %X Nanocrystalline material SnO_2 was prepared by hydrothermal method and hasbeen proved to be stable in room temperature atmosphere.X-ray diffraction,transmission elec-tron microscopy,high resolution electron microscopy and M(?)ssbauer spectroscopy were used tostudy the character of nanocrystalline SnO_2 under different pressure.All the spectra werestratched with the increase of pressure,which were apparently malformed phase from those ofthe polycrystal SnO_2.A new concept,absent phase,was reasonably applied to explain thesephenomena. %K SnO_2 %K nanocrystalline material %K spectroscopy
