焦成革 %A 韩雅芳 %A 耿林 %A 姚忠凯 %J 材料研究学报 %D 1993 %I %X Rolling deformation of SiC_w/Al composite has been studied in the present investigation.The experimental results showed that the rollability of the composite was improved greatly by extrusion andit was suggested that the as-extruded composite should be rolled in the direction perpendicular to thewhisker arrangement.However,larger amount deformation could only be obtained by cross-rolling foras-cast composite.The effect of roiling on the strength and ductility has been discussed in detail,and thewhisker rotation and orientation,and whisker aspect ratio(l/d)of the composite were analysed under tworolling deformation conditions. %K rolling deformation %K metal matrix composite %K silicon carbide whisker %K microstructure %K mechanical property
