%X The effect of thermal diffusion on electrical properties of(Sr,Ca)TiO_3multi-function ceramics with coating ion was studied.The distributions of coating ion at grainboundary were examined by means of micro-electron probe analysis(EPA).And barrier heightsof the specimens at various thermal diffusion conditions have been obtianed in terms ofSchottky model with scandwich and C-V characterics from the experiments.Furthermore,therelationship among electrical properties,diffusion conditions and grain boundary barrier of thematerials were discussed.
