程本培 %A 孔捷 %A 罗菊 %A 董远达 %J 材料研究学报 %D 1993 %I %X Anatase structure TiO_2 powders of various crystal size were prepared bySol-Gel method.Single phase anatase structure was obtained for the material with the particlesize less than 70nm.Lattice parameter and Debye Temperature were measured by X-raydiffraction method.The results show that both the lattice parameter and Debye temperaturesquare are inversely proportional to the crystal size of the powders.This may be explained bythe surface tension effect of the nanocrystal. %K nanometer sized powder %K anatase TiO_2 %K Debye temperature %K crystal size
