田兴 %J 材料研究学报 %D 1993 %I %X The intrinsic stacking fault energy of three Fe-Mn-Si alloys was calculated ac-cording to the thermodynamic model of stacking fault energy.The calculated results show thatthe stacking fault energy of Fe-Mn-Si alloys lowers with increasing Si content.The influence ofSi content on the shape memory effect in Fe-Mn-Si alloys was discussed on the basis of this.The shape memory effect enhances as the Si content increases in the specified range of Mn con-tent. %K intrinsic stacking fault energy %K shape memory effect %K difference of free energy
