郑著宏 %A 申德振 %J 中国物理快报 %D 2007 %I %X The time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy measured by thegradually increasing start delay time is utilized as a tool for the determination of the luminescence of quantum dots (QDs). The luminescence evolution of self-assembled CdSe QDs during the luminescence decay is fully revealed in terms of the experiment technique.
