杨友文 %A 李亮 %A 叶敏 %A 吴玉程 %A 解挺 %A 李广海 %J 中国物理快报 %D 2007 %I %X Pulsed electrodeposited technique is applied to fabricate ZnTe nanowire arrays with different diameters into the anodic alumina membrane in citric acid solution. The x-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy indicate that the high ordered, uniform and single-crystalline nanowires have been fabricated. The optical absorption spectra of the nanowire array show that the optical absorption band edge of the ZnTe nanowire array exhibit a blue shift compared with that of bulk ZnTe, and the nonlinear current-voltage characteristic is observed. %K 78 %K 55 %K Et %K 78 %K 67 %K -n %K 73 %K 63 %K -b
