The easier formulas are introduced for the approximate qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation. As an example, we have studied the behavior of the revised van der Pol vibrator. At last, through displaying the results of the numerical Poincare map, the efficiency of the method presented in this paper has been evidenced from the approximate qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation. %K nonlinear vibration %K asymptotic method %K analysis of strongly nonlinear systems
