Ternary Logic Circuit Design Based on Single Electron Transistors %A Wu Gang %A Cai Li %A Li Qin %A
吴刚 %A 蔡理 %A 李芹 %J 半导体学报 %D 2009 %I %X Based on the I-V characteristics and the function of adjustable threshold voltage of single electron transistor (SET), this paper designs the basic ternary logic circuits. All the designed circuits have been simulated by SPICE, and the power and the transient characteristics have been extensively analysed. The results of simulation indicate the proposed ternary logic circuits exhibit simpler structure, smaller signal delay and lower power. %K single electron transistor %K adjustable threshold voltage %K ternary logic
