First, dual boundary integral equations with temperature and centrifugal loads are set up in the paper. Then, the strategy to use those equations is discussed. Corner-non-conforming elements are given to discretize the cracked three-dimensional body near crack tips. The singularity of hypersingular boundary integral equation is removed analytically then and the hypersingular boundary integral equation is evaluated numerically afterwards. Numerical examples of three-dimensional cracked disks under high temperature or centrifugal loads are analyzed by the method. Stress intensity factors obtained in this paper fit well with ones from the weight function method, which demonstrate the efficiency of the new dual boundary element method given in this paper to analyze stress intensity factors of three-dimensional components under complex loads. Thermal stress intensity factor solutions from weight function are discussed too for their new applicable extent. %K BEM %K hypersingular boundary integral equation %K three-dimensional crack %K non-conforming elements %K temperature and centrifugal loads %K SIF %K weight function
