卢建夺 %A 徐宾 %J 半导体学报 %D 2012 %I %X In this paper, by using the transfer matrix method, we theoretically investigate the magnetoresistance (MR) effect in a magnetic-electric barrier nanostructure. The detailed numerical results show that a considerable MR effect can be achieved in such a device and the MR ratio strongly depends on the magnetic-electric barrier height and the distance between the ferromagnetic and Schottky metal stripes. %K Magnetic nanostructure %K MR effect %K MR ratio
