%X Single junction a-Si:H solar cells with configuration of glass/SnO_2/Pin/Ag have beenstudied.Photoelectronic conversion efficiencies of 10.2% and 11.1% have been obtained onsmall areas of 1 cm~2 and 0.126 cm~2, respectively.
