陆江 %A 吴南健 %A 刘肃 %A 邝小飞 %J 半导体学报 %D 2005 %I %X A new logic device and circuit based on the concept of the binary decision diagram(BDD) is proposed.This BDD device is constructed by current-mode switch current memorizer unit,and can be operated in a two-way characteristic according to BDD.Any combinational logic circuit can be implemented by unit device connected into a cascade to build the tree of a BDD graph.Several sample designs for logic circuits of OR,exclusive-OR and adder combinational logic are presented.The simulation results of HSPICE indicate that the designed devices and circuits perform the logic operation correctly. %K binary decision diagram %K device %K circuit %K switch current memorizer %K OR %K adder
