%X The analysis and calculation of the interaction between light and matter in semiconductorlasers are presented.It is shown that the drift of near field have a great influence on themode gain spectra of stripe geometry lasers.It leads to mode gain spectra with two peaks andcauses lasing of two longitudinal mode families in semiconductor lasers.
