In this paper, the structure of thymopoietin was determined by modified DPFGSE 1D-TOCSY and 1D-NOESY NMR techniques, which was then confirmed by computer simulation. The results demonstrate that DPFGSE 1D-TOCSY and 1D-NOE are efficient tools for structural elucidation of thymopoietin. %K NMR %K thymopoietin %K structure %K amino acid sequence %K 1D-TOCSY %K 1D-NOESY
