%X Using a self-consistent tight-binding Green's function method of spin-polarized version,the donor levels of 3d-transition metal impurities,including Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Niand Cu, are predicted in ZnSe_(1-x)S_x alloy system.The physical problems relevant to thevariation trends of donor levels are also discussed.
