%X Atriterpene saponin was extracted fromtraditional Chinese medicineCucurbita pepo cv Day-angua.Its structure was determined by 2D NMR.Complete assignment of the1H and13C chemical shifts for the compound was obtained.The structure was elucidated to be cucurbitacin E 2-O-b-D-gluco-side.
