%X In this paper, we study feedback positive real systems and the Stalford problem.1) A new necessary and sufficient condition for feedback positive real systems is given. 2) For the Stalford problem, we prove that the necessary condition presented by Chao and Stalford is also sufficient. Moreover, we present other necessary and sufficient conditions for the Stalford problem.
