%X This paper studies the stabilization problem of the linear control systems in which there exists time-delay in the state feedback. A sufficient condition of time-delay stabilization for general case is presented. Moreover, we present a necessary and sufficient condition of timedelay stabilization for the single-input control system with no more than one unstable pole Finally, the design problem of the time-delay stabilizing-controller is discussed.
