%X This paper introduces an intelligent CAD/CAM system, CAPSP, for silk printing. Using a knowledge-based processing technique, the CAPSP has greater flexibility in design, separating color draft pattern and automatic production of color separated films to satisfy the requirement from the manufacture. The CAPSP has been successfully used in several silk dyeing and printing mills in the country.
