%X In this paper, condition for Luenberger function observers with disturbance decoupling for linear systems is established, and its relation with the LTR property is revealed. By utilizing a parametric design method for Luenberger function observers, a simple and effective design method for Luenberger function observers with dis turbance decoupling for linear systems is presented.
