吴斌 %A 程鹏 %J 自动化学报 %D 2001 %I %X In this paper a new linear, continuous and bounded operator--piecewise general orthogonal polynomials operator (PGOPO) is proposed, and its main properties and operational rules are described. By applying PGOPO to the hierarchical control for large scale nonlinear time varying systems, an effective method is proposed. Some relevant algorithms are presented and they are simple and computationally advantageous.
