%X The approximate charactoristic sequences o multivariable plants can be calculated by optimization, and based on this, a kind of multivariable predictive control algorithm under characteristic frame and its closed-loop feedback scheme are then presented. The closed-loop stability can immediately be tested. The simulations clearly demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is also suitable for unstable plants.
