In this paper, a new approach based on optimization of amplitudes of the subsystem with poor controllability is proposed. And the genetic algorithm is adopted for the optimization procedure. In order to use the optimization method on line, a model reference adaptive framework is also proposed, and the stability of controlled system can be guaranteed.
