%X In this paper, the problem of decentralized stabilization for linear time inveriant large scale interconnected systems with time delays is discussed. The idea and formulas of designing decentralized stabilization controllers are given. The technique of artificial neural network (ANN) is firstly introduced into this research area. An intelligent method of pole assignment for linear time invariant closed loop systems is presented. The design of decentralized stabilization controllers for linear time invariant large scale interconnected systems with time delays are intelligently implemented. A simulative example shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
