%X In order to reduce uncertainty to a control system, and evaluate correctly the change of input and output in the system, a new control strategy based on changing the sampling period is proposed and the corresponding identification mathod is presented so as to enhance the system's capability against the disturbances, and provide an instant alarm against potential danger and save the resources.
