%X A six-compartment model of producer subsystem in Kobresia hurnilis meadow(model GCS 01) is reported. The six compartments are sedges, grasses, forbs and litter of the aboveground part and live-and dead-roots of the belowground part. A simultaneous differential equation is established for the compartment model. A BASIC program, using Runge-Kutta method, can be used to study alpine meadow ecosystem behavior by the system analysis worker.
