和文祥 %A 来航线 %A 武永军 %A 朱铭莪 %J 浙江大学学报(农业与生命科学版) %D 2001 %I Zhejiang University Press %X The soil enzyme activities and organic matter content were assayed in long-term fertilizing soil samples, the results showed as follows:Soil enzyme activity remarkably varied with the fertilizers, especially soil urease. The peroxidase was less and soil urease activity could be as an index of fertility; Plant could enhance hydrolase activity; the maize and chemical fertilizer might improve total enzymatic activity level. The enzyme activities were increased except non-fertilizing treatment.
