%T Effects of Tea Polyphenols on C-BSA-Nephritis Rabbits .<br>茶多酚对家兔C-BSA肾炎的治疗作用

%X Tea polyphenols was investigated to alleviate the symptom of C BSA Nephrites rabbits in dose dependent manner(large dose 306 mg/kg; middle dose 102 mg/kg; small dose 34 mg/kg) It reduced the urine protein and serum inosine ( P <0 05 or P <0 01); alleviated the glomerulus swelling,cells proliferation,thrombosis and leukocyte infiltration; repaired the pathological changes of renal tubule; decreased the circling immunity complex (CIC, P <0 05) The effect of large dose tea polyphenols was significantly different from small dose tea polyphenols,and was better than that of DSMS So large dose tea polyphenols may be useful for therapy of nephritis
