%X Levin has reached some results in her study on the classes of'put'verbs and their alternations .However ,some problems remain ,such as verb classification ,and the semantic correspondence between verb classes and their alternations .The problems are to be solved within the conceptual frame which covers both the shared and specific conceptual content of various alternations .The first part is interconnected with sensory-motor system ,while the second ,specific alternations .
