%X The crime of serious environmental pollution accident is a new supplementary item of newly\|established criminal law.At present,in the theoretical field,experts hold different ideas on it.Starting with the requisites to constitute a crime,this article tries to make some inquiries about the object,objective aspect,subject,subjective aspect of this crime and the boundary line between it and its similarities as well.
