%X With comparative studying methods, this thesis sums up various kinds of present theories and practices on applying the negotiorum gestio in conflict of law all over the world. And the authors design a new legislative pattern of application of negotiorum gestio in conflict of law from the angle of the validity of civil law with negotiorum gestio.
