%X The analysis of the formal constitution in its four stages and of the characteristics of the social economic situation during the enactment in Germany has showed us some important ideas, such as the ideas of political economy and legal science as well as the experience and lessons during the middle of the eighteenth century and the twentieth century in Germany. The article has studied the present situation of Germany on one hand, and has made an exploration of reception in the comparative law on the other hand.
