%X Involving three fields of economy,law and administrative management,the supervision and management theory in the socialist market is a new branch of science open to the other fields. There is a further study into the elements of its theoretical structuretheory of the demand and supply of supervision and management in market economy and how to keep this balance between demand and supply. Theory of qualifications of market subject,how to supervise and manage market behaviors like trading behavior and competition behavior, supervision and management about the market object and special market.Theory of goals and procedures of supervision and management,and so on.This paper ends with an analysis into the connections and differences between the market supervision and management theory and the macro-economic countrol theory.
