%X In present development stage, socialist distribution is rather a distribution according to labor rights than a distribution ac-cording to the value of labor. Laborer with his own share is only one forms of the laborer sharing the surplus. The intersection of distri-bution according to work and distribution according to production factors lies in the distribution according to labor property rights.
