%X The particular military thoughts of Yue Fei, a national hero of China, came into being with elements from Chinese traditional strategies, ed his personal experiences of more than twenty years' actual combats. Virtue, wisdom, discipline, bravery and good faith are the major elements of his thoughts. Wisdom and discipline are the most important of them, and have become famous dictums for running an army. They have left indelible impact on the Chinese history thereafter.
