%X Forged endorsement of bill is an unlawful act, which will bring about a series of legal consequences and sill result in disorder of bill in credit and circulation. The problem regarding the forged endorsement of bill is a key and difficult point in most countries to legislation of bill. This article gives a detailed analysis of both the relevant Legislation for forged endorsement of bill in diffrent courtiries and Legal validity of forged endorsement of bill in China. In addition, the methods for the obligees to protect their rights of bill from the forged endorsement are concernal.
