%X A perfect early-warning system can be an important measure to guard against financial crises effectively and weaken its influences, so it is necessary to establish such a system. Moreover, an early-warning system for financil crises is feasible. International methods of study on financial crises early-warning can be used for reference as to the idea and stratesy of early-warning systems.
