%X For regional eco-agricultural development advanced sciences and technologies and management methods should be applied based upon the real conditions to coordinate the relationship of agrobiology,environment and society,combine the development of outskirts and ruban areas and keep the stability,sustainability and balance of regional eco-systems.Then high-production,high-quality,high efficiency and sustainable agriculture can be accomplished in which agriculture,fishery,forestry,animal husbandary and sideline enterprises get all-round development.
